This guide is for the Fitz & Floyd - Collector's Edition Teapots. An article concerning teapots once stated that teapots produced in numbers greater than a 1000 units, usually maintained a value of half of their initial retail value. Some "limited edition" teapots produced in numbers that exceed 5000 units have reach values that surpassed the initial retail price. I am pleased to offer a few popular examples of these produced by Fitz & Floyd.
The original retail price for these teapots started around $88.00 in 1998. I hope my price guide will give an estimate of the value of a pre-owned teapot in good to excellent condition or at least give you an idea of the possible high limits or low limits for bidding . I am continually working to update the guide as new data is revealed.
